Haciendo Camino
Since 2006, the non-profit civil association Haciendo Camino has been working towards the improvement of the life quality of socially vulnerable families in Argentina. Our programs are mainly aimed to: • promote the growth and comprehensive development of children between 0 and 5 years of age; • accompany and train mothers since their pregnancy onwards.
Haciendo Camino Mission
Our mission is to improve the life quality of socially vulnerable families in Northern Argentina.
Working approach
The families that participate in Haciendo Camino’s programs receive personalized assistance that allows them to identify risk factors affecting their children, as well as strengths and family resources that can be mobilized in order to achieve their objectives. The integral approach of our programs guides the planning interventions to co-create effective solutions that respond to the problems that affect families in situations of social vulnerability within Santiago del Estero and Chaco.

"Que Argentina no nos quede grande"
We do not accept that children we accompany live below the poverty line in such a large and vast country like Argentina. With your help we can nurture the future of thousands of children from the Argentinian north.
-
Doctors trip to the Argentinian north
Your donation allows doctors and health professionals to travel monthly to our centers and isolated communities that have limited access to healthcare so as to provide both medical assistance and supplies.
-
Home Early Learning System kits
With your donation we can help children and their families living in socially vulnerable conditions, by providing kits from our "Home Early Learning System" project to contribute to their cognitive, social, emotional and physical development.
-
The milk you buy, feeds someone else
With your support, children of our family child development program receive their daily cups of milk needed for their nutrition required for their correct development and growth.
